What does it cost?

Your care kit is yours at no cost, and the program is covered by most plans. We'll confirm your coverage before you start — no surprises.

Who's eligible, and is it covered by my plan?

Movn is for people recovering after a heart event or living with a heart condition. The program is covered by many Medicare Advantage and commercial plans. We'll check your specific coverage before you start and tell you exactly what to expect.

Is my health information private and secure?

Yes. Your information is kept private and secure in line with HIPAA. It's used only to support your care and shared with your care team as needed — never sold.

Do I need to be good with technology?

Not at all. Your visits are by phone or video, we send everything you need, and your care manager helps you get set up and answers questions along the way.

What if I don't have a smartphone or internet?

That's no problem. Visits can happen by regular phone call, and the devices in your care kit are simple to use. You don't need a smartphone or any tech experience to take part.

How much time does it take?

A short weekly check-in with your care manager, plus exercise you do at your own pace. The program is built to fit around your life.

Is this a replacement for my doctor?

No. Movn works alongside your existing care team to support your recovery between visits. For medical emergencies, always call 911.

Can my spouse or family be involved?

Absolutely. You're welcome to have a loved one join your visits or help with your care kit. Many patients find it reassuring to go through the program alongside someone close to them.

Is it safe to exercise after a heart event?

Yes — that's the whole purpose of supervised cardiac rehab. Your plan is built and monitored by clinical staff, starts gently, and progresses at a pace that's right for you. Your care kit lets your team keep an eye on your blood pressure and weight between visits, so you're never guessing on your own.

What if I haven't exercised in a long time?

That's exactly who the program is for. Your plan is personalized to your ability and guided by your care manager, with safe, gradual progress.
